certified company, Fakhry Exports Pvt. Ltd. is following quality
control procedures to ensure high quality and freshness in our meat
and other different products. In order to fulfill the needs of all
our clients, we make sure that procedures of processing plant,
warehousing, packaging and transit are in conformity with the
standards of international hygiene & safety. Besides this, our in
house team of veterinary doctors conduct the ante-mortem and
post-mortem, meat inspection and inspection of processing, hygiene
and sanitation that help us to provide fresh range of food items to
our valued customers. To ascertain this, we possess an in-house
quality control department that checks the fresh and frozen meat,
other food products for following:

Our Facilities
We have developed state-of-the-art
facilities, which comprises a slaughterhouse, processing unit &
cold storage unit that help us in offering Fresh Buffalo Meat, Indian
Sheep Carcass, Mutton Cubes, Fruits, Vegetables, Fresh Frozen Fruits
of unsurpassed quality. In the slaughterhouse, we maintain hygienic
conditions so that the slaughtered meat is not contaminated before
its delivery to processing unit.
Our processing unit is
integrated with advanced technology, which assists in ensuring proper
processing of the food products. To maintain optimum hygiene levels,
we continuously clean our plant that helps to process the entire food
items. Further, to maintain the freshness & taste of our
products, we own a cold storage facility, where all the processed
meat and other products are stored before being delivered to the
clients. This facility has excellent storing capacity, which enables
us to efficiently cater to the large orders placed by our customers.
We also have a special packaging unit that ensures high grade of food
grade packaging in various options as per the requirements of the
customers.
Packing Details We put consistent efforts to provide best quality of meat, and therefore, follow strict quality concerned methodology at almost every level of our activity, including straight from the processing of the meat till the Packaging, Labelling and handing over the Cargo to the shipping line.
Special care is taken during the Packaging of our products, keeping it in the best condition at the best of temperature. We have our own expert people who keep constant control and supervision of the packing system. They always make a record that only best packing materials are used to sustain the freshness of the meat and keep it safe and hygienic. Moreover, they also focus that cost are kept to minimum and efficiency to a maximum with a high extensive care.
Based on the quality and servicing of our meat, we have been provided with no-objection certificates from the concerned authorities including Department of Animal Husbandry as well as the Agricultural and Processed Food Export Development Authority (APEDA).
